All prints are custom made-to-order. Because of this bespoke process, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We ship all artwork via registered post to ensure secure tracking. Please note that processing times (printing and packaging) are separate from transit times. Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applied by their country.

 All prints will be rolled and shipped in heavy-duty tubes.

Flattening Disclaimer: Rolled prints must acclimate and flatten naturally before framing.

Damaged Deliveries
We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the print. Once verified, we will happily arrange for a replacement.
